See & Serve Uganda
Connect to Uganda Mission Trips
Join a Connect to Uganda team and experience a once in a lifetime opportunity to connect to the people we serve. We currently take teams 2-3 times each year. We’ll spend the bulk of our time in the village of Bubago, where we currently are focused on community development. We will also visit other locations where we have provided some community assistance.
We’ll spend time getting to know members of the congregation and the community they serve. Projects may include devotion time and crafts with men, women and children, working with the Far Away Friends, home visits to scholarship kids and other ways of providing hope and encouragement to the community. Many team activites will be determined by the skills and interests of team members.
An optional 2-night trip to Murchison Falls National Park is also offered.
No specific skill is necessary; only a willingness to listen and to love!

Approximate Costs
• Plane fare: ~$1800
• Hotels, food/water, transportation, shirt, insurance, and administrative fees: ~$1400
• Visa: $50
• Optional two-night trip to Murchison Falls National Park: ~$1000
• Personal money for shopping, offering, tips: ~$175
• Immunizations: $150-$400
